TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Property Purchased remains the property of Rapid Clean Sunshine Coast until paid for in full.
• Minimum purchase of $30.00 is required from Internet ordering, for free delivery on the Sunshine Coast. Delivery will be within 7 day’s of purchase.  If goods required earlier  an $8.00 Courier delivery fee will apply.
• Goods returned must be returned at the customers expense  within 7 day’s of purchase and in as supplied condition for a refund to be effective.
• Prices displayed may change from time to time at the discretion of the supplier.  Where pricing shows a $0 please contact office for an up to date quotation.           
• Where a carton price only has been indicated, supplying broken packs will incur a $5.00 broken pack charge.
• If Rapid Clean Sunshine Coast incorrectly delivers to a customer, the situation will be corrected at the earliest opportunity at no cost to the customer.
• Rapid Clean will always endeavor to deliver products ordered within 3 working day’s of the order being received , however when our suppliers are out of stock we retain the right to offer an alternate product , or to supply the customer with an expected delivery date.
• Products ordered for delivery outside the Sunshine Coast area will incur freight on charges or the customer may nominate their own transport. We will deliver freight to Nambour Rail Terminal free of charge.
• Customers wishing to establish a trading account, normally 7 day after E.O.M., must be prepared to allow Rapid Clean  to conduct a credit reference check and sign a personal guarantee.
• Rapid Clean will refund 100% of the purchase price given that a product is returned within seven day’s of receipt and the product has been found to be faulty.
